Relativity

semi-sweet

A delicate tropical bouquet. Light body and a touch of sweetness. This popular Morgan Creek award winning wine is made from the Frontenac Gris grape developed by the University of Minnesota. A very interesting grape discovered at the University Research Center as a single bud mutation yielding a gray grape producing amber colored juice. Frontenac gris wines present aromas of peach and apricot with hints of enticing citrus and tropical fruit. A refreshing wine with unique and complex flavors.

Relativity serves with poultry, fish, pork, salads, or sweet cheeses.

WINEMAKER'S NOTES

Morgan Creek's Relativity was named for the 2006 Nobel Conference held at Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, Minnesota. The conference theme was in celebration of the 100th anniversary of Einstein's Theory of General Relativity. The premiere commercial release of this wine was offered at the Nobel Conference banquet. Served to 600 guests was a Breast of Chicken and creamy white mushroom sauce. The chef's choice paired well and the wine was enthusiastically received.
