Celebrating the community German Heritage in conjunction with New Ulm's Bavarian Blast , Morgan Creek Vineyards will release their signature German white wine, Gewurztraminer, at the winery and the Bavarian Blast Fest grounds.

Friday's Features:

Gewurztraminer wine tasting and a variety of specialty foods prepared from local producers in our wood fired oven, featuring the best wines and crafts beers to pair with our German Fest Menu.

Live Music Friday, 6:30- 9:00 pm. 
Enjoy the music of classical German composers, Brahms, Beethoven and Bach perfomed by pianist Ben Marti and a special appearance by vocalist Dr. Stephanie Thorpe performing Mozart during our OPERA ALA CARTE! segment (7-7:30) event, from 6:30-9 p.m.

Gewurztraminer is a unique Germanic style favorite and Morgan Creek's signature wine! Gewurz means spice in German. Taste exotic fruit flavors with a peppery character, a great wine to sip or serve with pork, barbecue or Asian cuisine.  Served hot from the European outdoor oven is Morgan Creek's famous ""schnitzel brot"" made with locally produced beer sausage and cheeses.

Morgan Creek's German Wine Tasting Festival is free and open to the public.

Sunday July 16 - Country Brunch at the Winery 11:00 am - 2:00 pm   Featuring our famous "Eggs Benny" from our wood fired oven; flash fired organic Quiche Pie & Fruit; or try our popular Ham, Grueyere, Egg & Pesto Hand Pies Grab a breakfast and still make the Barvarian Blast Parade at 1:00 pm. in New Ulm!  Reservations suggested.
